Today was a momentous, landmark day. Today Mommy and Daddy got tired of Maya drooling over our dinners and decided to shove some rice cereal in her mouth. It was quite civil, she was slightly interested in the whole show and tried her hand at the new texture going down her throat. (Most of it went on the highchair, but we'll just ignore that.)
"Hmm...what's this?"
"Ooohhh...that's tasty..."
"...my fingers are far tastier though..."
"...I think I'm done Mom."
"I'll hold the spoon while you clean up."
"MMMMmmm...this spoon is tasty!"
"I'll clean these fingers up!"
"hm...now what?"
